1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Motionable ("the Service"), operated by Codhash Agency Ltd (Company No. 15446527, registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Motionable is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate, edit, and export motion graphics through natural language prompts. The Service includes a web-based editor, AI-assisted code generation, real-time preview, and video rendering capabilities.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Credits
Motionable offers Free, Pro, and Max plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits are consumed per AI request based on token usage. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the videos and content you create using Motionable. The underlying platform, AI models, code, and branding remain the property of Codhash Agency Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; resell access to the Service without authorization; or interfere with the operation of the platform.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI is provided as-is. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of any content you publish.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codhash Agency Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
